BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM-related field such as IT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering with 2~5 years of work experience.
· Proficiency with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#.
· Ability to understand functional/technical specifications and analyze data.
· Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, including the ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
· Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
· Adept at handling ambiguous or undefined problems as well as the ability to think abstractly.
