Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the single point of Contact for the Program working in the PMO group within CDO.
- Work with BA’s to fine tune the req into User Stories in JIRA for dev team to work on
- Manage Business Requirements and talk to business in fine tuning requirements, negotiating the scope and pushing back on deliverables
- Present status to Internal (GTS, CDO ) and External ( business ) stakeholders , front door
- Identify potential bottlenecks and surface the issues to get it resolved before it becomes a show stopper
- Manage delivery team and must understand the technology being worked on
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skill with technology background
- Must be a go-getter with positive frame of mind and sound work culture.
- Scrum Master experience will be helpful.
- Proven, Significant Experience in Project and Program Management, Experience using Jira.
- Coordination with large teams and delivering enterprise level release status updates in Global release management calls.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with projects and people (100-200 people) across multiple technologies, teams and geographies involving the development/maintenance of Jira Administration and automation of Jira story creation. Hands on with Confluence. Sharp and quick to grasp communicator.
- Work with stakeholders and teams to continuously improve.
- Understand domain architecture and upstream/downstream dependencies
- Build a high performing Agile Release specialist with excellent Jira and coordination skills.
