Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria:

Requirement:
- Capability to deal with shifting priorities and successfully navigate high-pressure situations
- Desire to acquire and advance business skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, diverse workplace
- Leadership qualities, as well as the capacity to manage essential responsibilities with minimum supervision, must be demonstrated.
- Extensive project management experience, including management of various IT projects that were completed on time and on budget.
- Leadership abilities must be demonstrated (especially communications, collaboration, people management & influencing skills).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, GSuite, JIRA, and Confluence
- SQL familiarity and basic querying skills are preferred.
- Certification and training/experience in Agile techniques (Kanban/Scrum/Scrumban), particularly in the context of a Data Engineering team, is a plus.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related subject, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience; MBA or related postgraduate degree preferred.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in a software development context, including at least 5 years as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach
- Have a solid understanding of the Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Experience energising and mobilising teams is required.
- You've worked with the Product and Engineering departments before.
- You have prior experience working in multicultural settings.
- You have prior experience working in remote locations.
- Experience with organisational analysis and/or development
