BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 7+ years of management experience involving attention to detail, problem solving, team management, coaching and driving performance;
• Ability to make judgment calls, clear blockers, and escalate appropriately and ultimately find a path forward in difficult situations;
• Ability to ensure customer outcomes are auditable, decisions are data-driven, and work quality is measurable;
• Ability to lead with limited guidance, use expertise and judgment to determine the right stakeholders and inform decisions;
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for several hours a day and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation;
• High degree of English language fluency including writing, reading, and verbal skills ;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel;
• Understanding of statistics and how data is used to inform policies and procedures;
• Aptitude for learning new tools and processes;
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region and internationally (Domestic and International travel: 5-20% of the time)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Interest in or exposure to secure logistics including TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association), NAID (National Association of Information Destruction) or similar;
• Exposure to the consumer electronics industry or the manufacturing or distribution of physical hardware;
• Audit experience;
• Work experience or exposure to the classified material handling, transportation, electronics destruction, logistics, cargo, freight, or physical security industries;
• Business writing experience, with direct exposure to Standard Operating Procedures, After Action Reports and Monthly/Quarterly/Mid-year Business Reviews
