We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester to join our team in India. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality across all development tasks and projects before client delivery. This includes comprehensive testing of SaaS applications, workflow automation, integrations, and creating detailed documentation to support both end-users and internal teams.

QA Tester Job Duties:

• Test every developer task before it is marked complete, ensuring functionality, data accuracy, and UI consistency across all modules and features.

• Conduct end-to-end project testing before client UAT, including form logic, workflow automation, integrations, user permissions, and system performance.

• Document test scenarios, steps, and outcomes for each task and project module, maintaining comprehensive records of all testing activities.

• Create user manuals and internal guides with step-by-step screenshots and process flows to support both end-users and internal teams.

• Utilize testing tools such as BrowserStack, TestRail, Postman for API testing, and bug tracking systems to ensure thorough quality assurance.

• Work closely with developers to identify, report, and verify bug fixes, ensuring all issues are resolved before deployment.

• Test and validate integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and webhooks to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

• Create and maintain test cases, process maps, and quality documentation for ongoing projects.

• Ability to work in strict Project Timeliness and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience testing SaaS applications, ideally with workflow-heavy or low-code platforms

• Proficiency in HTML & JavaScript (essential for testing web applications)

• Basic understanding of APIs and Webhooks for integration testing

• Experience with testing tools such as BrowserStack, TestRail, Postman, or similar platforms

• Familiarity with bug tracking systems like Zoho Projects, Jira, or Trello

• Experience with Zoho applications (Zoho Creator, CRM, or Desk) is highly preferred

• Knowledge of Deluge scripting is a strong advantage

• Strong ability to write clear, structured documentation and create user-friendly manuals

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Preferred)

Good to Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, or Zoho Desk

• Exposure to automation platforms like Zapier or Zoho Flow

• Any Zoho or QA certification
