Requirements:
- All technical and process issues should be handled at the first level of escalation by you.
- Wherever technical expertise is required, provide it. As a crisis manager, ensure proper communication and prompt resolution.
- Changes should be planned and scheduled. Collaboration with a variety of parties. Carry out RCA for major incidents involving his or her tower.
- Follow the engagement's quality and security procedures. Conduct a trend analysis, identify the top few occurrences, and collaborate with the appropriate teams/individuals to reduce the number of incidents.
- Troubleshooting hardware and vendor coordination Prepare Weekly and monthly status reports. Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis.
