BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
•BS in Computer Science (or related field) or 4+ years equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
•5+ years of experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer
•Experience in manual testing
•Proven experience in SW automation testing
•Ability to deep dive, curiosity in problem isolation, code troubleshooting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Programming skills with JavaScript
•Knowledge of the Gherkin Language and Cucumber format
•Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to come up with creative solutions to hard-to-solve problems
•Solid experience in improving on a daily basis an effective quality assurance process and driving QA initiatives.
•Experience in testing API(s)
•Experience with code coverage, profiling, and performance/load testing
•Experience with test automation in Python (Pytest)
•Experience in designing, implementing, and running test cases
•Ability to triage issues down to root cause
•Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
•Experience in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
