BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relative work experience
5+ years working in software testing environments
Demonstrated ability to draft software engineering test strategies and plans
Understanding of software engineering and test automation best practices
Solid knowledge of databases, SQL, and scripting languages
Experience in building quality tooling and managing infrastructure
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of overall technical experience Knowledge of the different phases of a test lifecycle and the testing methodologies
Ability to troubleshoot and update automation scripts
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Strong experience operating in Agile/Scrum, DevOps, or other results-driven SDLCs
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of understanding ambiguous problems and driving practical solutions
Strong verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Java or another OO language
Experience with Continuous Integration
