BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience managing Quality Assurance Teams
· Experience managing manual testers
· Experience managing automation testers
· 6+ years of testing experience
· 2+ years in a QA Manager role including hiring and developing QAEs and SDETs.
· Experience in identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases, and testing results.
· Experience identifying and implementing automated testing tools and frameworks.
· Experience in engaging with stake holders to set and drive quality assurance goals.
· Strong organizational skills, tracking multiple test execution cycles simultaneously and communicating out results to key stakeholders
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders.
· Engineering process expertise, with a full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
· Robust project planning/execution skills including estimating, scheduling, and executing on committed schedules.
· Ability to understand and passion for utilizing mobile devices.
· Ability to quickly learn and apply complex technical information to mobile testing situations.
· Adaptability and attention to finalizing testing details and duties amidst aggressive time challenges.
· Takes full ownership of end-user quality, usability and appeal.
· Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze log files.
· Excellent written and spoken communication.
· Able to work in a diverse team.
