DESCRIPTION
This is an important position in an impact role team that not only impacts customers across the country but also the bottom line of the organization directly. The candidate will perform the (not limited to) the following tasks:
a. Resolve trouble tickets (tt) related to refund claims by customers.
b. Analyse/perform multiple checks using multiple tools to verify customer claims.
c. Handle escalation cases.
d. Meet daily TT resolution targets while maintaining tt quality parameters.
d. Create reports on loss data, RCA, and related trends over time.
e. Connect with stakeholders from other teams to control issues impacting tt resolution output.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
a. Graduate with some technical (IT) related knowledge.
b. Data analysis
c. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the Internet.
d. Should be able to learn new tools as per job requirements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
a. Working knowledge of Tableau.
b. SQL query building & data extraction.
