Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification : 

Solid Waste Expert (Deputy) VC No:368/23:

Qualifications: M.Tech/M.E. in Environment Engineering or M.Sc. in Environmental Science.

Experience: Minimum 08 years experience in Solid Waste Management.

Used Waste Expert (Senior) VC No:369/23:

Qualifications: M.Tech/M.E. in Environment Engineering or M.Sc. in Environmental Science.

Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in Sewage/Waste Water Management.

Used Waste Expert (Deputy) VC No:370/23:

Qualifications: M.Tech/M.E. in Environment Engineering or M.Sc. in Environmental Science.

Experience: Minimum 08 years experience in Sewage/Waste Water Management.

Duration: The appointment shall be purely on a contract basis initially for one year, extendable until completion of the assignment, subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance.

Notes:

Candidates in the General/EWS category (and candidates from SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD applying against unreserved posts) should have a first-class degree/minimum 60% marks in Minimum Qualification for consideration against unreserved posts.

Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD as applicable) should have at least 50% marks in Minimum Qualification for consideration against reserved posts.

Age Limit ( As on 01 October 2023): 

Solid Waste Expert (Deputy)/Used Waste Expert (Deputy): 40 Years

Used Waste Expert (Senior): 50 Years

Age Relaxation:

Relaxation in the upper age limit to OBC (NCL)/ SC/ ST candidates shall be provided against reserved posts as per extant Govt. orders.

PWD candidates suffering from not less than 40% of the relevant disability shall only be eligible for the benefit of PWD. Such PWD candidates shall be eligible for a relaxation of 10 years in the upper age limit.

Salary:

VC No. 368/23 & 370/23: Rs. 60,000- 1,80,000 INR 16.4 LPA

VC No. 369/23: Rs. 90,000- 2,40,000 INR 24.5 LPA

Selection Process for RITES Recruitment 2023:

The selection will be based on the Screening Process and  Interview.

The weightage distribution of various parameters of the selection shall be as follows:

Experience – 10%

Interview – 90% (Technical & Professional proficiency – 60 %; Personality Communication & Competency – 30%)

Total – 100%

A minimum of 60% marks for UR/ EWS (50% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/ PWD against reserved posts) in the interview will be required to enable the candidate to be considered for placement on the panel.

There will be no minimum qualifying marks required in the aggregate.

The candidates must produce copies of the educational qualifications and experience claimed, which shall be verified from the original documents at the appropriate stage and subject to verification from the source.

After fulfilling the eligibility conditions, candidates shall be shortlisted for an Interview.

Candidates have the option to appear for an interview either in Hindi or English.
