Role:
Manage employee lifecycle processes end-to-end such as onboarding, performance, rewards and recognition, employee queries, etc.
Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests
Driving employee engagement initiatives and retention strategy across the allocated teams
Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
Skills:
Strong business and hr acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Ability to partner across different levels of the organization to achieve results
Strong multi-tasking abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
