Job description
Roles & responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized salesforce solutions using apex, visualforce, lightning components (lwc/aura), and apis.
• Customize and configure salesforce crm to meet business requirements.
• Integrate salesforce with other platforms and third-party applications.
• Maintain data quality and integrity within the salesforce environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Perform system administration tasks, including user setup, roles, profiles, and security settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless operation.
• Stay updated with salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
Required skills & qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a salesforce developer (1–10 years preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience with apex, visualforce, lightning web components (lwc), soql, and sosl.
• Experience with salesforce apis (rest/soap) and integration tools.
• Knowledge of salesforce sales cloud, service cloud, and experience cloud.
• Salesforce developer or platform developer certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
