Vice President (Transformation) :

Graduate in B.C.A./B. Sc (Computer Science)/B. Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology) from Government recognized University or Institution. OR

Any Graduate (Regular) with (A full-time) PG Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Post Qualification Experience of Minimum 7 years with at least 3-5 years of experience in running a Contact Centre/BPO domain (preferably the Contact Centre of Any Bank).

Program Manager : 

Graduate in B.C.A./B. Sc. (Computer Science)/B. Tech. (Computer Science / Information Technology) from Government recognized University or Institution. OR

Any Graduate (Regular) with (A full-time) PG Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Post Qualification experience of minimum 5 yrs. with at least 2 yrs. experience as Program Manager.

Manager Quality & Training :

Regular: Graduation degree is mandatory from a recognized university (Graduation or post-graduation degree in an HR field preferred but not mandatory).

Post Qualification experience of minimum 5 yrs with at least 2 yrs. experience in managing Customer service BPO domain or in captive centers of BPO.

Command Centre Manager :

Regular: Graduation degree is mandatory from a recognized university (Graduation or post-graduation degree in an HR field preferred but not mandatory).

Post Qualification experience of minimum 5 yrs with at least 2 yrs. experience in managing Customer service BPO domain or in captive BPO.

Age Limit ( As on 01 April 2022 ) :

Vice President (Transformation): 50 years

Program Manager:  35 years

Manager Quality & Training: 40 years

Command Centre Manager:  40 years

Note: Relaxation in upper age for reserved categories is as per GOI guidelines.

Selection Process of SBI SO Recruitment 2023 :

The selection process includes Shortlisting/Interviews/CTC Negotiation.

Shortlisting:

Mere fulfilling minimum qualifications and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for an interview.

The Short-listing Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview.

The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final.

No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

Interview: 

The interview will carry 100 marks.

The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by Bank.

No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

Merit List:

A merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on scores obtained in interviews only.

In case, more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in merit.

Selected candidates will call CTC Negotiation.

No fees or intimation charges for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates.
