Roles & Responsibilities:
- Keep an eye on the automatic posting and clearing of bank statements.
- Look into unreconciled transactions and make sure the right people are in charge of the right actions.
- Effective stakeholder engagement # Be proactive/vigilant in resolving business/stakeholder questions.
- Report to the central bank for regulated markets.
- Raise manual journal entries, including accruals, as needed.
- Ensure that WI is updated on a regular basis.
- Complete the bank reconciliation in a timely manner.
- Complete the Blackline analysis in a timely manner.
- Reconcile the current account and the IG.
- If applicable, complete entity-specific reporting responsibilities (Cash on hand report, Interest movement etc.)
- Prepare a cash forecast for the day/month by working with AR and AP and informing Central Treasury of the cash requirements.
- To guarantee that procedures and protocols for cash forecasting operations are followed.
- Analytical abilities are strong.
