Responsibilities
• Actively drive and when called upon even lead requirement gathering sessions with clients and other internal stakeholders.
• Translate complex business problem statements into analysis, technical, and business requirements, and proactively and independently work with stakeholders to construct use cases and associated standardized outputs
• Develop / Define “as-is” and “to-be” payments business processes, prototype business process to gather user feedback, and engage stakeholders optimally to get requirements sign-off
• Use analytical and problem-solving skills to derive recommendations from analysis that significantly impact a department, create new processes, or change existing processes
• Actively manage internal and Client stakeholders and build relationships in remote cross-functional teams
• Demonstrate high levels of ownership of the project or change from the requirements to delivery stages
• Apply excellent verbal and written communications skills to communicate complex analytical insights and business implications effectively
• Actively manage the timeline and deliverables of projects, focusing on interactions in the team
• Report status in concise way to all the stakeholder at predefined frequency • Keep track of projects, programs, release’s (deliveries) and keep statuses aligned with stockholder’s requirement / deadlines.
