Roles & Responsibilities:
- Examine the RFP and determine the extent of product customization.
- Examine the QA questionnaire (prepared by the team) to have a better understanding of the RFP.
- Construct a proposed framework.
- Examine the proposal that the team has put together.
- Propose an estimation model based on the product and methodology analysis.
- Estimates should be based on previous experience with similar product testing engagements, and the Lead Product Consultant should be consulted for evaluation.
- Revise your profitability model.
- Create and review the Senior Product Specialist's estimate.
- Determine who the stakeholders are (performance team, automation team, development team) and work with them to obtain information.
- To finalize the pro, collaborate with the BD team.
