BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 8+ years of experience in Marketing / Brand management / managing large complex accounts/sales & business development or online marketing.
• Solid understanding of the digital media landscape will be preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to think strategically, plan meticulously and execute methodically. Adept at pitching data-driven business cases.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders with individually developed concepts
• Demonstrated ability to deal with CXOs in large organizations, proven track record of negotiating complex business contracts and deals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Self-motivated team player, with refined and assertive leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel-path projects that involve cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
• MBA from a top-tier B-School
