Basic Qualifications:
1. Work experience of 10+ years in Trust and Safety/Standards and Practices teams, content compliance policy, Content Risk Management, or Public policy teams
2. Experience communicating cross-functionally, particularly in the area of consensus-building
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Superior organizational and time management skills.
2. Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
3. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and flexible in approaching responsibilities and change.
4. The ability to interact and present recommendations/solutions to senior leadership.
5. Strong ability to use data and analytics to make informed decisions.
6. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively and maintain a high level of attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem identification and solving.
7. Extensive knowledge of MS Office
