BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on full stack development experience with at least 4 years in a customer-facing or developer community-facing role
- Strong proficiency in at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Extensive experience with either C#/.NET or Java for backend development
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with experience delivering technical content to developers of varied backgrounds.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Expertise in full stack cloud-native architecture (AWS, Containers, Serverless)
- Experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, or AI Engineering
- Ability to translate technical features into tangible business benefits for full stack projects
- Proven track record of influencing product decisions based on full stack developer feedback
- Experience in mentoring junior developers or leading development teams
- Demonstrable experience engaging with developer communities, including creating technical content, public speaking, or active participation on platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, or developer forums.
- Willingness to travel as required
