Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Flipkart's regional DC operations – A total of 3.5 Lak square feet is dedicated to specialised warehouses.
- Define and improve critical indicators for a certain region, such as breach, MIS shipments, and so on.
- In that region, create a culture of ownership and empowerment in DC.
- Responsible for the region's inventory and asset management.
- Operationalization of New Fulfillment Centers in the Region is my responsibility.
- Through collaboration with the central DC OD team, drive continuous improvement projects in the DCS.
- Review and optimize the distribution network in his region in collaboration with the Logistics and Retail teams.
- Work collaboratively with central teams to create an organizational structure that is appropriate for the regional DC.
- Drive the on-the-ground deployment of any new technology, system, or process for his region's warehouses.
- In the region, cost-effective fulfillment/warehousing.
- In the region, PNL is in charge of the warehouse.
- Develop, mentor, and motivate the regional team to achieve greater success.
