Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support in the development of full Integrated Activity Plans and Plans in SAP and Primavera P6 with a look ahead and catch-up schedules (if needed) and resource optimization (man, materials, and machines/tools).
- Should be able to review various functional plans from SAP / Maximo, such as Maintenance, Turnaround, Capital Projects, and Subsurface Plans, and understand Routine Maintenance Strategies, Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Items, Call Horizons, Planned Due Dates, WorkOrder Call Dates, LAFDs (Latest Allowable Finish Dates), and other Scheduling parameters.
- With respect to IAPS, should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in terms of PoB (Person on Board), Logistics, Beds availability, and loading.
- Hands-on Plant Maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and problem-solving of equipment in Oil and Gas plants are preferred.
- Assist with the preparation of IAPS KPI reports on Plan Stability, Plan Robustness, Plan Vs Actual Executions, and resource use.
- Should have a firm grasp on the subject.
