BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
5+ years of technical program management experience
Responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and managing complex projects with significant bottom-line impact
Work with product managers in developing a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities for the seller community on amazon.in the marketplace that helps them succeed in their business goals.
Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.
Instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
Project management - prioritization, planning of projects and features, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Understanding of software development lifecycle from conception to delivery
Experience and knowledge of the technology involved in cloud-based technologies (AWS preferred) or distributed systems.
A proven track record of for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on large programs.
Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
