Job Description
Service Now Senior Developer / Architect
Role Description:
Manage, and provide architecture and design-level guidance to the ServiceNow development team.
Design, Development, and Implementation of ServiceNow including, but not limited to - Core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
Proven track record in implementing ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / CSM using ServiceNow.
Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications and working on ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, Orchestration, and other applications.
Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams supporting and communicating changes.
Good experience in ServiceNow implementations, designing complex workflows, write automated scripts.
System integration experience using APIs / web services (REST/SOAP)
Working with the Pre-Sales/Solutions team with scoping service engagements is an added advantage.
Skillset brief:
Experience: 10+ Years
Skills: ServiceNow Architecture, Service Portal, Widget, Service Catalog and JavaScript.

Ability to perform API integrations within ServiceNow.
Ability to create dashboards, and reports.
Working knowledge of Business Rules, Web Services, Access Control Rules, Email Scripts, Script Includes, Script Action, UI Actions, UI Scripts, UI Policy, Client Scripts, UI Macros.
