BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of relevant engineering experience
3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers
Experience in partnering with product and program management teams
Understand the processes to define, design, and deliver finance and related software solutions based on a variety of technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop product requirements. Collaborate with technical and design teams to define and design the product with the best customer experience.
Drive the implementation and delivery of products. Own, prioritize, and deliver to an aggressive roadmap.
Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to the team, stakeholders, customers, and partner teams.
Enforce the SDLC process so that timely and quality delivery is achieved. Experience with AWS technologies.
Strong communication skills with diverse customers and audiences, across multiple disciplines and teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong systems integration and architecture experience.
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
