Batch: 2021/2022/2023/2024

Experience: 0 – 1 year

Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Java is Mandatory.

Qualifications:

Strong Knowledge in Java and Java EE.

Strong Knowledge in MySQL database.

Knowledge of JPA (Java Persistence API) is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.

Experience in developing software solutions with a focus on performance and user experience.

Ability to automate tasks using appropriate tools and scripting.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage and mentor junior developers

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality software solutions and designs using Java and MySQL.

Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that optimizes response time and overall performance.

Develop tools and applications while adhering to GUI and UX standards defined by the organization.

Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting to improve efficiency.

Review and debug code to ensure it is functioning as intended.

Perform validation and verification testing to ensure the quality of software.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot, fix, and enhance products.

Document development phases and monitor systems for performance and reliability.

Stay up to date with the latest technologies and integrate them into software solutions.

Train and manage a team of junior developers, review their work, and guide them to achieve accuracy.

Work with the support desk to resolve support tickets promptly and efficiently.
