BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
I. Candidate has been working as an L3 Investigator in BRP for at least 18 months and passes capability tests OR has been in Abuse Risk Mining for a minimum of 12 months.
II. Candidate has not been on any active Coaching Plan/CAG/Performance Improvement plan and/or been issued with any Written Warnings within the past 12 months
III. Candidate has consistently met all L3 metrics for the past 4 quarters and has consistently met all L4 metrics for at least the prior 2 quarters
IV. The candidate has demonstrated the ability to solve complex data analysis/data mining OR escalations and has expertise in the identification of Abuse MOs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Exposure and experience in Risk Mining business processes.
