BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of industry experience in visual design or related creative discipline.
• Demonstrated proficient written and speaking English communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of building out large-scale design teams with progression advertising campaign experience.
• Experience analyzing metrics accurately, and building models around data to provide solutions and/or improvement to processes.
• Experienced in client-facing roles handling accounts or campaigns.
• Proficiency in design principles (Typography, Composition, Scale, and Color Theory amongst others) and working knowledge of how those principles work together.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and knowledge of various platforms (desktop and mobile) required for their specific role.
• Experienced in Photoshop Artboards and other Creative Suite tools.
• Thorough knowledge of design practices, tools, and standards.
• Experience in design, digital production, and project management of print and digital advertising products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Portfolio and assessment are required.
