BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5-7 years of prior experience in the areas of HR Business Partnering, L&D or employee engagement
Success in creating, driving, and program managing effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
Enthusiastic team player with a solid drive to create a positive work environment
Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions independently
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven ability to logical, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in leading talent management interventions for leaders
Experience in managing senior stakeholders
