BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
5+ years of technical program management experience
Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
* Bachelor’s degree preferable in engineering or related technical discipline.
* 6+ years of regulatory compliance experience, preferable in consumer electronics.
* Experience in submission of products for certification.
* Proven effective experience in regulatory work and interacting with regulatory authorities and agencies and Trade and Industry Associations.
* Familiar with and able to identify, interpret and define regulations, requirements, guidelines, and other pertinent information issued by applicable regulatory bodies.
* Ability to read and synthesize technical material and to prepare clear and concise written documents.
* Experience working with Asia-based manufacturing partners.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master’s Degree, or another related advanced degree
* Proven track record and role model in a collaborative teamwork environment.
* Ability to move quickly and multitask in an ambiguous and fast pace environment.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with people in a variety of disciplines though all levels of an organization.
* Ability to solve problems and drive efficiencies using metrics and information.
