BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience guiding creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion
- • MBA from the premium institute with 6+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, program, and/or product management
- • Experience in operating, managing, and delivering results in a customer-facing online retail/services marketing or product management role
- • Proven success in delivering online products and services in a high-growth environment
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using SQL to pull data and metrics to deliver reports
- Experience with basic HTML, website management, and content management systems (CMS)
