BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in program or project management
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
5+ years of experience delivering cross-functional projects
Graduate degree in Film: A proven track record of developing successful movies or series either as an independent consultant/producer, in a studio, or as part of a customer-facing media company.
Strong understanding of break-up of production costs and ability to negotiate.
Strong interest and knowledge about content – movies & TV
9+ years of experience in content creation/production
Proven ability in identifying trends in consumer content preferences, analyzing viewership data and high-pressure environments
Excellent relationship management, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment - Strong working relationships with the Indian creative community
