BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
6+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
6+ years of delivering test frameworks, test tools, leading the QA projects and initiatives experience
Experience in manual testing
Experience in automation testing
Experience scripting or coding
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Embedded/ECE/EE or similar technical field
Domain expertise in WIFI, Bluetooth or Zigbee
6+ years of experience developing high-quality test plans, test designs, test strategies, and test execution
6+ years of experience as QA lead on large sized projects
6+ years of relevant experience in QA testing and debugging
6+ years of experience in automation development and testing using Python for embedded software
6+ years of experience working in a UNIX/Linux environment
Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and complexity analysis
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in ECE, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar technical field
10+ years of relevant industry experience in wireless connectivity in either WiFi, BT, BLE, Zigbee or other Smart home technologies
Deep knowledge of all the layers of the OSI model, TCP/IP, Socket programming
10+ years of experience of industry-standard test automation tools and experience developing product test harnesses
Experience with Android, iOS or other mobile application development or testing platforms
8+ years of hands-on experience in test automation development using either Python, Perl, Java, C/C++
Experience working cross-functionally with different stakeholders including development and business teams
Demonstrate creativity and proactiveness to improve product coverage and effectiveness
Drives processes and initiatives to achieve operational excellence
