BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 7+ years of design experience in Information Architecture/Persuasion Design/Interaction Design
• Design portfolio containing examples of persuasion design (other than Onboarding flows)
• Experience in applying persuasion and interaction design principles to analyze designs, define problems, and propose design solutions
• Experience in the application of all key activities of a user-centered design methodology
• Proficiency in design & prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator, Origami, Framer, Axure, Invision or similar
• The ability to provide detailed specifications and/or optimized HTML and CSS prototypes for our Developers and Engineers to work from.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent.
• Certified Experience Analyst (CXA), Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)
• Experience in gamification, customer-engagement design strategies, growth hacking
• Design portfolio of mobile-first designs
• Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals
