BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 10-12 years of experience in TV and Digital Media Sales (esp. TV or OTT shows, Video, Sports), business development, strategic partnership or roles with equivalent scope.
• Strong Relationships across Advertisers and Agencies PAN India. Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
• Demonstrated ability to solve for ambiguity, building and drive for scale, and manage large teams while still being hands-on.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 10-12 years of experience in the ad sales (TV, OTT/ Content, Video, Sports domains) managing pan India business.
• Experience at building teams, ideally with a focus that includes sales and go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in winning and retaining clients and establishing relationships with partners
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Adept at making data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment
• Should be able to contribute both as an individual contributor and as a leader of people
