Hiring for a Scheduler with 12+ years of experience in a contact center environment, and 8+ years of previous experience in a Workforce Management role as a Scheduler/scheduling analyst. And 5+ Years of experience managing the Alvaria (formerly known as Aspect) WFM tool.

Demonstrates Decision Making/ Complex Problem Solving
Proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probe/consider all of the facts

Conduct root cause analysis
Refer to long term plans and goals
Prioritize key factors; act decisively, promptly and confidently ·
Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel in a business environment

5+ Years of hands on experience with the Aspect tool.s
