BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting as Major Subject.
Prior experience of at least 3 years in a similar BPO outfit or more than 3 years of experience in an Accounting Analyst profile.
Knowledge of Oracle Financials.
Experience in 6 Sigma Methodologies- Participated in Lean Projects, Quality circles & Creative work groups etc.
Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel or similar desktop applications.
Good Communications skills – Written & Verbal
Applicant to have minimum experience of 1 year to 3 years in Finance and Accounting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to dive deep and identify risks and their root causes
Ability to disagree and challenge the status quo
Good communication skills
Ability to communicate precisely and concisely
Strong analytical skills
Independent and entrepreneurial showing the ability to work with minimal direction

Can successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously with utmost ownership
Track record of dealing with ambiguity
