BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of development or technical support experience
Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
Experience in Unix
Experience scripting in modern program languages
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong debugging/troubleshooting of Java-based applications
* Strong understanding of support processes – SLA, handling tickets, monitoring, processes, and metrics.
* Hands-on experience in Cloud technology is a plus.
* Hands-on experience with distributed applications/enterprise applications is a plus.
* BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of one high level programming language (preferably C++ or Java)
* Ability to solve complex problems independently.
* Understanding of the complete deployment life cycle from design, build, test, and deploy
