Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the Microsoft Own customer support experience, troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues through collaboration, best practices, and transparency inside and between teams (e.g. swarming)
  • Determine which cases need to be escalated (either technically or strategically)
  • To improve the customer and engineer experience, create and maintain incident management requests to the product group or engineering group. Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation, and other digital self-help tools.
  • Provide activities such as knowledge sharing, technical coaching, and mentorship on the way up.
  • Outside of CSS (Product Engineering teams, Services, etc. ), foster technical communication and engagement.
