Key job responsibilities:

This role is responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of solutions and tools that improve support efficiency and customer experience. Core responsibilities include analyzing operational support processes to enhance team and department/org productivity, identifying ticket (customer inquiry) drivers that can be translated into ticket reduction efforts, and leading projects that result in less manual intervention by support teams to reduce pay defects.
