Roles & Responsibilities:
- Track and maintain services preventive maint. schedule for the region and provide a consolidated view of master PM schedule for Asia region.
- Gather parts requirement for upcoming planned maint. & Forecast demand to warehouse team to maintain adequate stock
- Analyze site input & provide reliable cost estimation for forecasted activities to finance /global team.
- Track activity completion as per master schedule and compare parts consumption in SR with initial estimation submitted by field to validate zero missing items during SR debrief process.
- Manage system activities such as task creation and ERP activities such as SR(service request) creation & place parts order as per need by date for planned jobs. We will provide necessary trainings for these business-specific jobs.
- Monitor SMI(slow moving inventory) & work with field team to drive action to reduce SMI.
- Act as a Subject matter expert for services task management & parts ordering process for smother adoption.
- Create & analyses data from different systems in a required dashboard/Visual format
- Monitor aged inventory items ,inventory turns, unapproved /debrief pending items ..drive actions by working with field services team
