BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of direct tax experience including relevant experience with international income tax compliance/reporting
BA/BS in accounting or equivalent
2+ years of experience in ASC 740 income tax accounting knowledge required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
CPA preferred
JD, MST, LLM desirable
Knowledge of federal income taxation of international transactions
Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department
Strong project management skills
Strong tax operational background and ability to drive process improvements
Hard-working, quick learner with a positive ''can do'' attitude and solid professionalism
Tax preparation software experience helpful to aid in review (Corptax international tax compliance software)
Experience with Essbase and Oracle Financial Applications helpful
