BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
5+ years of technical program management experience
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in defining clearly identifiable work items, prioritizing tasks, and managing a team of developers or analysts.
Ability to assess the current systems and propose improvements based on both process and technology.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Proven ability to apply best practices to the software development lifecycle based on experiences with a number of agile and blended approaches, as well as effective coordination of implementations across teams using very different approaches.
Strong communication skills with diverse customers and audiences, across multiple disciplines and teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with AWS technologies.
Strong systems integration and architecture experience.
Experience in defining clearly identifiable work items, prioritizing tasks, and managing a team of developers or analysts.
