Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the Microsoft customer care experience.
  • Own, diagnose, and resolve technical issues for customers by collaborating, following best practises, and maintaining transparency inside and between teams (e.g. swarming)
  • Determine which cases need to be escalated (either technically or strategically)
  • To improve the customer and engineer experience, create and maintain incident management requests to the product group or engineering group. Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation, and other digital self-help tools.
  • Provide activities such as knowledge sharing, technical coaching, and mentorship on the way up.
  • Outside of CSS, encourage technical exchange and interaction (Product Engineering teams, Services, Support, Regions)
  • Lead or participate in the development of communities with peer delivery roles; this could be based on workload or specialty.
