Roles & Responsibilities:
- Devise technical training programs based on the target group
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
- Determine course content according to objectives
- Driving no of certified developers and developing their skills and experience on the platform
- Driving the partner community and enhance their skills and experience on the platform
- Ensure partners and developers are kept up-to-date with new features and functions from the latest creator releases
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
- Keep and report data on completed courses, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate the results of training programs
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
