Roles & Responsibilities:
- A User Experience Designer will be responsible for developing and implementing a UX strategy, doing user research and analysis, creating interaction design documentation, and conducting usability testing for digital apps across numerous platforms.
- This position will be directly responsible for defining and driving a project's creative vision, as well as leading the project from the start and planning milestones.
- To develop user interfaces and get them evaluated with users and stakeholders, he or she will work directly with business stakeholders, the project team, and leads.
- He or she will be in charge of creative design and delivery.
- He or she should be able to effectively lead RFPs and contribute to the business.
- He or she will also serve as a mentor, as well as manage and supervise fellow team members.
