BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor/master’s degree in interaction design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related UX degree
At least 5 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role
An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience in creating user-centered design solutions is a requirement for the application
Fluency in best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.
Strong track record of iterative design, working closely with customers and peers, and developers from inception through implementation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with UX design for complex workflows
Past experience in designing and launching new v1 consumer products
Demonstrated history of acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) is a big plus.
The ability to prototype in HTML, JavaScript, & CSS will be a plus.
