BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree related to creative, marketing, or communications
• Must provide an online portfolio
• 3+ years experience in filmed video production
• 3+ years experience in animation and motion graphics
• 2+ years experience in visual design
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud products including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Illustrator
• Experienced videographer operating video cameras/DSLRs, audio equipment, and lighting equipment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Ability to take a vision or concept and turn it into an engaging storytelling product
• Problem-solving, analytical, and creative skills, and giving and receiving editorial feedback
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and great time management skills
• UX, visual design, and systems thinking expertise demonstrated through design system documentation/development, mock-ups and style guides
• 3D design skills (Cinema 4D, Blender, or other similar software)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Organization and Project Management skills
• Strong illustration design skills to develop vector images for animated videos
