NABachelor's degree or Associate's degree (technical field)
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree (technical field) with 5- 7 years of comparable job experience is desirable.
  • 3-5 years of relevant technology and customer-facing experience
  • Where applicable, a relevant industry qualification.
Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication skills in the target language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Troubleshooting experience in a technological context.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Computing, storage, and peripheral device software and hardware knowledge.
  • Advanced knowledge of case management databases and software.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Support over the phone and via the internet.
  • Partners with the Sales Pursuit team on a regular basis.
  • Ability to solve problems and document them for other technicians and customers to use.
  • The ability to coach and mentor new agents.
  • Ability to lead customer resolution efforts when they have been escalated.
  • Possibility of participating in technical action plans.
  • Concentrate your efforts on one or more product lines.
