Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assists with the design of integrated solutions and develop them in compliance with business standards and products.
- Handles system-related issues to provide basic technical help to customers; may provide on-call technical support telephonically and/or electronically.
- Assists in the analysis and resolution of fundamental program support faults, as well as conducting performance testing.
- Assists in supporting the efforts of technical support staff in the completion of assigned projects by working on projects as allocated.
- To ensure compliance with conventional corporate practices, implements and documents processes, and procedures. Assists with the development of training materials and documentation.
- Other organizations and clients receive basic technical consultation on present and proposed systems.
- Repairs maintain and improve current systems on a regular basis using solutions in compliance with normal operating procedures. examines and investigates
